Giannina provides direct, temporary to hire and temporary placement of office and administrative personnel. She recruits in all functional areas and has 22 years of experience in recruitment and placement in the Greater Rochester Area.
A lifelong Rochester resident, Giannina has extensive experience in sales & marketing, management, education and government. She has presented workshops to staffing professionals in placement techniques and to job seekers on resume writing and interviewing styles. Prior to joining Providium in August 2006 Giannina was with Weterrings & Agnew, Inc., OfficeCareers division for seven years.
Giannina is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Rochester Women's Network. She enjoys volunteering in the community and has worked for The Make a Wish Foundation, Habitat for Humanity, Wilson Commencement Park and the City School District Mentor Program.
Giannina lives in Fairport with her husband, Ted and has a grown daughter and son. Her favorite leisure activity is spending time with family and friends at her cottage on Keuka Lake.
